Sunoco LP is a growth company which operates within the following three business segments:
· Fuel Distribution: Largest independent fuel distributor in the U.S., distributing over 8 billion gallons of fuel a year across more than 40 states. We distribute fuel to more than 7,400 Sunoco and partner branded locations and additional independent dealers and commercial customers
· Pipelines Systems: Network of over 14,000 miles of pipelines, distributing crude oil, refined products, renewable fuels, ammonia, and specialty liquids
· Terminals: Over 100 fuel terminals in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Europe, and Mexico

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Commissioned Agent (COAG) team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the daily accounting and analysis for all company-owned fuel inventory, sales activities, and associated commissions for this segment of our business.
Team activities involve reconciling book to physical inventory, invoicing Fuel Metered Sales daily to Consignment Agents, entering daily physical readings, and analysis of gross margin. As part of daily responsibilities, team members partner with various Sunoco functions including transportation, pricing, tax, inventory and operations function. This position is responsible for ensuring team effectively performs the following:
• Manages daily fuel inventory reconciliation process for a portfolio of assigned retail locations
• Resolves issues accurately and with a sense of urgency
• Month-end tasks and commissions deadlines are met
• Maintains productive relationships with all counterparties through proactive, effective communication
• Analyzes financial results effectively, providing supporting details and insights that contribute to the company's success
• Exhibits a record of sustained improvement in key metrics and contributes to the success of the overall team

· Strong leadership in a fast paced, dynamic environment
· Significant level of personal accountability and ownership to proactively identify and address issues as they arise with limited oversight
· Can develop and maintain highly productive relationships with internal and external counterparties through proactive, effective communication
· Ability to create or improve accounting process
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
· 8+ years’ experience
· Knowledge of Excel, PDI, SAP, RightAngle, Salesforce, and Power BI preferred

· Usually, normal office working conditions
· Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing
· Occasional overnight travel may be required
