Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 47 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Europe, and Mexico. The Partnership's midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 9,500 miles of pipeline and over 100 terminals. Position Summary:

This position is held accountable for the safe, efficient, and compliant daily operation of Sunoco LP terminal. This includes overseeing all refined product handling, facility reliability, environmental compliance, and customer service. The Manager is responsible for leading the terminal team, managing operating budgets, executing capital initiatives, and driving continuous improvement in operational and safety performance. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager or Sr Director.

Major Accountabilities:

·         Direct daily terminal operations to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards

·         Provide leadership and development for union and non-union terminal staff

·         Manage product inventory, tank turns, truck rack operations, and system integrity

·         Interface with customers, carriers, and commercial teams to ensure excellent service

·         Drive execution of capital and maintenance work plans

·         Administer the Management of Change (MOC) process, SAP work orders, PM tracking, and operator qualifications

·         Analyze KPIs and operational metrics to optimize terminal performance

·         Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation

·         Support business development and engineering teams in project scoping and delivery

·         Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and company policies (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.)

·         Maintain readiness to respond to emergencies; on-call 24/7

Education Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

·         Valid driver’s license

·         HAZWOPER certification (or ability to obtain)

·         Practical training in terminal equipment operations and repairs preferred

    Experience Requirements:

    ·         8+ years in refined products terminal or petroleum logistics operations

    ·         5+ years in supervisory/management roles within a union environment

    ·         Strong working knowledge of terminal equipment, SCADA, TMS, and maintenance systems

    ·         Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

    ·         Prior experience managing compliance inspections, audits, and regulatory documentation skills

    ·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    ·         High attention to detail and safety culture

    ·         Strong analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities

    ·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and operations-related software

    Work Environment:

    Work is performed in both office and industrial terminal settings. Conditions may include:

    • Exposure to petroleum vapors, outdoor weather, and varying temperatures
    • Occasional work around moving equipment, elevated surfaces, and active loading/unloading zones
    • Moderate to high noise levels depending on operational activity
    • Use of standard PPE (e.g., hard hat, FR clothing, hearing protection, gloves, safety glasses) required at all times in the terminal
