Summary:

The Partnerships-Customer Accounts Specialist plays a key role in the development and management of Sunoco partnership programs, reporting into the Senior Partnerships Manager. This role is responsible for managing partnership marketing channels such as grocery, credit cards, and travel partners to drive gallon growth for -Sunoco branded sites. Position will interface and work with multiple internal stakeholders and partners to implement and execute partner programs and campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of partner campaigns across all marketing channels at national, regional and local levels.

  • Supports the day to day management of partner campaigns and activities including invoice payment, site participation,  and reporting
  • Related to all responsibilities, it is imperative the Partnership Customer Account Specialist is able to able to identify opportunities to improve based on analyzing results, shifting consumer behaviors and adjusting marketing strategies to develop more effective ways to execute against program goals.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed. 

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field. 
  • 2-5

     years business experience in a marketing related field required.

  • At least three years of experience managing campaign development, social media, digital marketing, and partnership marketing preferred.

  • This individual should be both creative and analytical, be accustomed to evaluating marketing trends and evaluating available research.
  • Must be capable of understanding broad marketing strategic concepts, developing short- and long-term objectives and translating them into opportunities.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of management.
  • Ability to simplify and present abstract concepts.
  • Strong project management skills and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to present and work with business heads and executives to drive marketing capabilities
  • Strong presentation and leadership skills

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

  • The Partnership Customer Account Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant job related experience

Software Knowledge:

  • Proficient use of financial systems and analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel with the ability to manipulate and analyze data.
