Sr. Analyst - Business Optimization
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers as well as all levels of management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Minimum Experience:

2-5 years of relevant experience functioning in a project or analyst role

Ability to interact with internal and external customers as well as all levels of management

Able to set and conduct management routines to keep teams on track with established, aggressive timelines

Critical decision-making skills

Preferred Experience:
- Prior work with within the oil & gas industry
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience with process improvement initiatives

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.

Up to 15% overnight travel may be required.

Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
