Requirements: 
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal Studies, Engineering or related field preferred).

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

··   ·  Minimum of five (5) years of experience in contract administration or commercial contract support.

·  Experience reviewing commercial agreements and supporting negotiations, including the ability to identify non-standard terms and support resolution of contract issues.

·  Familiarity with service-based contracts.

·  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·  Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously.

·  Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

·   Experience in the energy, midstream, petroleum storage, fuel supply, or commodities trading sectors.

·   Experience working with trading or commercial teams.

·   Familiarity with contract management systems.

·   Familiarity with logistics and maritime contracts

 Working Conditions: 
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

  • Usually, normal office working conditions. 
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. 
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required. 
  • Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
