Sr Manager- Brand & Product Marketing

• Must be a strategic thinker with the ability to support the development and execution of marketing plans that align to business objectives.
• Prior experience developing strategies to market products and/or services in the B2B and/or B2C industries.
• Proven skillset at leading programs as an experienced project manager.
• Prior experience planning and leading marketing programs or product rollouts.]
• The ability to direct and lead agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with other departments and functions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 8+ years business experience with involvement in marketing, product development and project management.

• Must be capable of understanding broad marketing strategic concepts, developing short- and long-term objectives and leading teams toward achieved objectives. 
• Ability to contribute to the formulation of strategies to support product and market objectives, often working in an environment with significant whitespace.
• This individual should be both organized and analytical, able to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs, anticipate results, adapt, and drive change.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in ambiguity by combining innovative solutions with the horsepower to execute them.
• Strong project management skills and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to present and work with business heads and executives to drive marketing initiatives while communicating and collaborating across internal and external teams.

Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

• Usually, normal office working conditions.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
• Up to 20% travel may be required.
• Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing setting may be required which could cause exposure to hazardous materials such as combustible, flammable, toxic, carcinogenic and other chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery.
