Sr Specialist - Customer Experience
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business or finance preferred
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis
- 1 to 3 years of experience leading/conducting audit and/or QA analysis
- Very Strong skills in Microsoft suite, especially Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint required
- Prior experience with process improvement and process mapping preferred
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in C-Store or Grocery channels of trade a plus
- Must be self-starter and have ability to work in a highly visible, fast-paced environment independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Understanding of basic CX and call center SLAs
- Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred but not required
Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
