Sr Specialist - Loyalty Program (Marketing)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field
- 5+years of marketing and/or program management experience
1 - 2 years of experience in project management preferred
1 - 2 years of loyalty marketing experience preferred
Experience managing marketing campaigns and/or programs
- Experience leveraging consumer and market insights to drive marketing campaigns and programs
- Experience with customer loyalty marketing
- Capable of understanding broad marketing strategic concepts, developing short and long term objectives and translating into opportunities
- Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to present and work with business leads to drive marketing initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal teams
- Demonstrates self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems and leveraging resources
- Strong analytical skills and ability to generate insights out of data
- Team player - make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas
