Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5+years of marketing and/or program management experience
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in project management preferred

  • 1 - 2 years of loyalty marketing experience preferred    

  • Experience managing marketing campaigns and/or programs

  • Experience leveraging consumer and market insights to drive marketing campaigns and programs
  • Experience with customer loyalty marketing
  •  Capable of understanding broad marketing strategic concepts, developing short and long term objectives and translating into opportunities
  • Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to present and work with business leads to drive marketing initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal teams
  • Demonstrates self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems and leveraging resources
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate insights out of data
  • Team player - make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas
