Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • At least two years of business systems setup and reporting experience

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using SAP Plant Maintenance or similar systems that track and schedule preventative maintenance, generate work orders and manage inventory.
  • Experience using SAP, Microsoft Office Suite and mobile data collection applications.
  • Detail oriented: should be meticulous about data accuracy across multiple systems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills: should be comfortable interacting with individuals across different departments and different levels within the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects.
  •  Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
  • Resource for setting up new equipment in SAP
  • Resource for scheduling regulatory inspections
  • Can assist with adding new forms or modifying existing forms for the mobile environment
  • Can be a point of contact for field troubleshooting of mobile equipment or technical issues with SAP or RWO application
  • Provides basic support of “Audit Builder” which is the export tool out of OpenText to generate regulatory audit packages

 

    Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

    • The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
    • The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
    • The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
    Working Conditions:

    The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
    • Usually, normal office working conditions.
    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
    • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
    • Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
