Terminal Manager - Bulk Storage
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in oil and gas terminal operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- In-depth knowledge of oil and gas bulk storage, logistics, and Health, Environmental and Safety regulations
- Strong technical understanding of terminal infrastructure, including storage tanks, pumps, pipelines, and safety systems
- Proven experience in team leadership, employee development, and operations management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Strong customer focus and ability to generate entrepreneurial opportunities for the terminal
- Travel 40% to Big Flats, or Rochester, whichever is not home based
Desired Skills:
- Ability to fully utilize systems and software related to the business functions of the terminal including SAP, Top Tech, T4 and Microsoft suite
- Knowledge of terminal automation and control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with terminal gain / loss, storage and throughput allocation, and stockholder and customer setups
- Understand financials of terminal operation including EBIDTA, Operating Expense (Opex), Cost of Goods Sold (COGs), Revenue, and Margin
