Key Business Objectives:

The Sales Administrator will provide technical and administrative support to the Sales team, the Billing Coordinator, and the Contract Administrators.  This role acts as a liaison between USAC customers and our internal teams.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing based on contract terms and conditions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues and audit the accuracy of billing information and reconciliation of customer accounts
  • Correspond with customers, answer questions, and resolve issues
  • Manage and maintain all customer documents and records such as contracts, agreement, amendments, insurance certificates, and corporate database
  • Create and maintain weekly spreadsheets for sales and make ready meetings
  • Assist sales reps with monthly CPI price increases.
  • Monitor and report all contract expirations on a monthly basis and work with sales on contract extensions
  • Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Full-time salary position.

Skills/Capabilities and Education:

  • 3-5 years accounts receivable and/or billing experience
  • Knowledge of office administration and procedures
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience a plus
  • Analytical with a high level of accuracy and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills (prioritize deadlines)
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Conflict management skills
  • Ability to understand written and verbal communication from the company and supervisor including training, procedures, instructions, etc.
  • Applicant must have the ability to legally work in the U.S.

Working Conditions:

  • Periodic lifting requirements up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Working conditions are in a normal office setting
