This position is a member of the Commissioned Agent inventory team performing a variety of regular and recurring site analysis, including, but not limited to importing information, manual entry, determining the impact of information that is not provided, determining why the information is missing and be able to plan for how to obtain or compensate for the information that is missing or incorrect.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Daily analysis of assigned sites
  • Analysis, research and correct variances
  • Calculate site commissions
  • Must be able to provide customer service, when required
  • Must have accounting competence to prepare journal entries and reconciliations between sub-ledger and general ledger accounts
  • Performs audit tasks assigned by management
  • Performs various other duties and intermediate level projects as assigned


Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below: 

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High level Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Highly analytical
  • Accounting/Finance degree
  • Various ERP system competence 

Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. 

  • Usually, normal office working conditions.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
