Requirements:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

  • High school diploma or GED;
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Demonstrated organization, attention to detail and communication skills;

  • Ability to manage work load independently and deliver timely and accurate results;

  • Capable of working well under restricted timelines and in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment; and ability to provide excellent customer service across all levels of the organization

The successful candidate will also be able to:

Preferred Requirements:
  • Two+ years of experience in progressive administrative support roles

  • Five+ years of experience in warehouse and shipping logistics roles

  • SAP experience 

Working Conditions

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

  • Work within office, assembly and fabrication shop, and field environments.   

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. 

  • Occasional travel, estimated at 15-20%, may be required

  • Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions and some heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.

  • Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
