Summary:

Aid in the daily system technical support for the Apttus Contract and Rate Management System.  Includes aiding the Project Management, Cost Controls, Contract and Document Controls department in daily system related questions and issues and monitoring internal and external issues raised via mailbox for system questions and user license requests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides internal user support of the Apttus System as it relates to our contract lifecycle management and contract rate management system. Includes researching system issues/errors and assisting in the requirements gathering and documentation process.
  • Resolves system errors related to contract lifecycle management and contract rate management system IT Remedy tickets.
  • Assigns user access, both internal and external (vendor)
  • Maintains internal Intranet site for employees and external internet set related to contract lifecycle management and contract rate management system.
  • Participates in DOA audits, provides summary of findings to management
  • Work with IT/AP to resolve system related issues as it pertains to our SAP interface and how it relates to the contract lifecycle management and contract rate management system.
  • Builds Microsoft Dynamics reports and provide training to users on how to create their own reports for their area.
  • Creates technical support tickets, tests and disburses communications regarding technical and enhancement support tickets
  • Creates/updates/maintains all training documentation.


 

Requirements:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

  • Bachelor's degree or additional equivalent experience and 2-5 years of related experience. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel Formulas and Data Analysis, SharePoint, SAP

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

 

  • The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
  • The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
  • The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Dynamics, Contract Life Cycle Management, Invoice Processing and Auditing Lifecycle.
 
 
Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
  • Usually, normal office working conditions.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
