The Master Data and Audit Analyst is the main support for data analysis to assure the integrity and timeliness of data pertaining to all leases in the Crude Trucking systems & carrier payment. This includes over 20K leases, with several data points including but not limited to tank strappings, leases assessment information, mileage for each potential destinations.
The role covers various areas:
   - Review lease data to segregate active and inactive leases and update current lease status
   - Assure timely logs of strapping data to prevent ticket error due to missing tanks
   - Assist in the daily review of our standard mileages from those leases to about 200 reception points to make sure we have the shortest, safest and hazmat authorized route mileage properly captured and verified for each route and maintained through the “Mileage Book”
   - Review accuracy of carriers driven miles and update the Mileage book as needed
   - Validate standard mileages to ensure an accurate billing of third party carriers (~ 67MM Budgeted for 2019) and a proper accounting and cost allocation through Apttus

The role is therefore the main support to assure that data are timely and accurately set up and maintained for properties, reception points, mileages, and TMS/Dispatch system configuration etc.  It assures a smooth order entry, load tendering, dispatching and a proper ticket routing through our systems, thus enabling an internal accounting and an external / customer settlements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Carrier Settlement - Maintain carrier rate, and produce invoices for carrier within TMW for payment
Carrier ancillary charges - Execute ancillary charges verification and process approve data through TMW settlement for payment.
Mileage Book - Perform daily review of all mileages in the Mileage book, by running the scrubbing reports, including the standard deviation report and the missing mileage report to proactively fix existing mileage issues within TMW
Lease Maintenance & Station set up - Establish and review daily data integrity reports to make sure leases are well defined and assigned to the correct destination 
Monitor leases missing assessment and drive continuous process improvement to obtain lease assessment data and update all relevant systems in a timely manner
Review third party tank strapping data, obtain SXL management approval and enter the data accurately in the system of record.

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, finance, logistics, supply chain or related discipline. 
2 - 5 years of experience administering master data in a large, complex TMS, transaction intensive
Accounting & experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong computer skills in MS Office and familiarity with some transportation management software.
Knowledge in Power BI is a Plus.
Must have strong analytical skills and solid understanding and knowledge of financial data.  
Ability to organize, perform and prioritize various functions in a fast paced environment.  
Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision; detail oriented.  
Strong communications skills (verbal and written).
Must be a team player, and able to work effectively cross functionally with a diverse workforce and at various levels within the organization.
