Summary:
The Field Analyst will report to the Manager of Engineering and Construction. The successful candidate will assist in the forecasting, budgeting and analysis of the division E&C department. This candidate will need the ability to operate in a fast paced, collaborative environment and will work closely with our Accounting, project managers, and divisional management. This candidate must be proficient in participating in group discussions and the presentation of financial results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the divisions engineering and construction budgets
- Consolidate financial reports on budget, forecast, and variances
- Monthly Responsibilities
- Meet with Project Managers to review and update forecasts
- Input manual accruals and validate auto accruals
- Manage and present monthly financials to include CAPEX and Base Maintenance Reports to management
- Assist engineering manager with annual budgeting for projects and base maintenance. This includes ensuring project descriptions, justifications, cost centers, and cash flows are consistent and complete.
- Invoice processing to include auditing, coding, and communication with vendors when invoices are incorrect
- Funding requests for project budget approvals
- Proficient in Excel. Able to use conditional formatting, vlookups, picklists.
- Ability to use excel or other application to identify variance between multiple datasets.
- The Associate Analyst level requires a bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience
- The Analyst level requires a bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience
- The Senior Analyst level requires a bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience
- The Lead Analyst level requires a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
