Provides assistance in driving the sales growth for the Energy Services Operations division by managing area sales activity, providing customer service and building relationships with customers, and supporting the various different service offerings.

 

·         Customer Service

o   Provides customer service by responding to customer inquiries and concerns, communicating all company related information.

o   Serves customers by maintaining our philosophy of going above and beyond, supported by a value proposition that every situation will be handled in a timely manner.

o   Ability to represent company and customer pertaining to issues with designated suppliers.

o   Represents Company interests with the highest standards of professionalism pertaining to phone etiquette, responding to emails and interaction with customers while on site.

·         Operations

o   Provides exemplary customer service to customers as the designated point of contact for a specified area.

o   Ensures that all promotions are successfully executed to company standards.

o   Ensures compliance with company programs

o   Provide training for new customers.

o   Participate in monthly division and sales meetings.

o   Review monthly P&L statements and volume analysis for all locations and present findings at monthly chart meetings.

o   Assist with pricing and value added programs as needed.

o   Performs other various duties as assigned.



 

 

Requirements:


 

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Minimum of two (2) years of directly related experience in oil company brand management and/or convenience stores is required.
    • Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
    • Ability to travel 30% of the time (local)
