Associate Engineer
Essential Requirements: Experience, Educational & Special Training Required
- Bachelor of Science Degree – Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred)
- 0-3 years of experience required
- Prior experience in pipeline simulation modeling principals and practices preferred.
- Experience with Gregg Engineering WinFlow, NextGen, Synergi gas modeling software a plus!.
- Experience with multiphase pipeline and/or plant simulation software: ProMax or HYSIS a plus!
- Experience with compressor modeling software a plus!
- Have ability and experience in managing and executing multiple projects concurrently with multiple staff layers of varying skills and degrees of experience.
- Analytical ability and ability to review, understand and interpret engineering drawings, alignment sheets, survey data, GIS data, and industry and regulatory codes and standards.
- Proficiency with personal computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Outlook required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Travel and overtime required periodically.

Preferred Skills:
· Experience with Gregg Engineering WinTran, DNV GL (formerly GL Noble Denton) Synergi, and Energy Solutions PipelineStudio gas and liquids modeling software preferred.
- Working Conditions:

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
