To monitor and operate an Automated Fueling System (AFS) on customers location while dispensing fuel.

  • Monitor customer site and AFS connections to ensure everything being fueled per operating documentation.
  • Comply with all city, state and federal regulations
  • Maintaining AFS to comply with all company provided checklists and regulations
  • Provide a high level of service to customers
  • Comply with all company safety rules, policies and procedures
  • Ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working condition.
  • Check all AFS operating related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate.
  • Monitor and communicate fuel/product inventory levels; place resupply orders with Dispatch as needed
  • Assist with the unloading and transferring of fuel into the AFS
  • Report any AFS defects, accidents, or damage to the AFS.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks such as keeping the AFS operator area interior clean, checking and maintaining all fluid levels per the system maintenance guidelines.

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect safety of self and others.
  • Willing and able to work 12-14 hour shifts.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to coordinate multiple projects/requests at one time.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions when necessary and work with minimal direction or supervision.
  • Must have sense of urgency, strong work ethic and positive attitude.
