Communication Technician A
Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and customer base.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
PC skills including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Maintain an organized and effective filing system of all records pertaining to maintenance, calibration, testing and repair of equipment and systems to meet company and regulatory compliance
Preferred Skills:
FCC License desired, but not required.
Some college or technical trade school preferred.
5 + years industry related communications experience.
Provide technical training as needed.
Special Characteristics/Job Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to drive for long periods of time over a vast region
Repetitively standing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting for long periods of time
Climb ladders up to 25 feet
Ability to use torque wrench and hand tools (20-600 lbs. of force)
Walk on uneven terrain
Work in hot/cold temperature extremes for long periods of time
Subject to 24 hour call out 7 days per week with possible extended workdays.
