Summary:
This is a Contract Administrator position reporting to the Contract Administration Supervisor and supporting the
Intrastate pipeline Commercial Groups. The position involves working as an integral part of the team which
processes contractual documents and performs system entry. Applicants must have the desire and ability to
handle multiple tasks simultaneously and strong organization skills. This position has a Houston based in office
work schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate across the business lines to ensure processes are followed and needs are met.
• Draft contracts and/or confirmations as they relate to the business.
• Set-up contracts and related data in Quorum systems.
• Utilize File Net for document retention.
• Meet SOX and other governmental requirements as established for this position.
• Cross train and provide back up for other team members.
• Special projects as required, and any additional duties as assigned from time to time.
• Participate in a rotating “on-call” schedule.

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years of related industry experience in lieu of degree.
• Absorb and apply new concepts quickly and embrace taking on new tasks.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong computer, organization, analytical, and research skills.
• Efficiently establish and review documents and system setups for accuracy.
• Flexibility to change gears and re-prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
• Expertise to anticipate and problem-solve independently.
• Ability to think proactively, multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with various groups internally and externally.
• Ability to keep projects moving forward while ensuring daily tasks are completed.
• Ability to work successfully in an open floor plan environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of the Quorum and/or Allegro systems would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of Adobe and Docusign a plus.
• Prior Natural Gas contract administration experience.
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
- The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
- The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
- The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience

Usually, normal office working conditions.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
