Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all Dallas office buildings and associated facilities systems and devices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor office building safety routines & programs
  • Preventative maintenance on operation equipment for ice makers, water filters, coffee brewers, refrigerators, freezers, water leaks etc.
  • Paint, Drywall Repairs, and/or patch work
  • Replace lights, small electrical repairs
  • Carpet repairs, door repairs, office/cubicle repairs
  • Replace locks/Keys for all work stations/private office
  • Updates and moving of any office/cubicle furniture
  • Assist with moving personal from cubicles and offices, also building to building
  • Receive and process work order request through our remedy system in a timely matter
  • Work night/after hours as needed for special projects. (HVAC Filters)
  • Call and dispatch proper contractors for required repair items
  • Direct, escort, and monitor contractors as repairs are in progress
  • Assist and participate in Emergency Response Team drills and evacuations with EHS
  • Check all fire extinguishers for compliance for all three buildings
  • Perform Back-Up of Mailroom and Security Stations when undermanned
  • Perform daily updates to the “Office Space” program which includes starting from initial personal onboarding information to final seating
  • Track/maintain prevent maintenance and repairs of pool vehicles 


Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with demonstrated safe driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 yrs. experience in building/facilities maintenance 
  • Knowledge of electrical work
  • Provide general support to guests and vendors as needed
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite

  • Occasional exposure to heat, cold, and other adverse weather conditions
  • Work may include confined spaces and may require heavy lifting in excess of 75 lbs with or without assistance
  • Work in and around industrial and construction settings, which may include hazardous products, processes, materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and may require appropriate personal protective equipment (which may include, but may not be limited to, necessary respirators)
  • Work on and around equipment and facilities that require knowledge of and adherence to safe work procedures and practices
  • Subject to call-outs to respond to operational issues and emergencies after working hours, at night, and on weekends and holidays
  • Reliable attendance at work
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required
