Summary

Responsible for lease administration for the Corporate Real Estate portfolio utilizing SAP-REFX, Excel and other technology. Responsible for tracking, analyzing and the reporting of Corporate Services Budget data.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the lease payment process and lease data in SAP-REFX
    • Interpret and upload new leases
    • Validate and process monthly rents
    • Updates for amendments and landlord/banking changes
    • Prepare reports, summarize and communicate
    • Review invoice billings from landlord for accuracy
    • Set up new and revise existing landlords and related payment information
  2. Manage lease expiration notice process:  Track, report, summarize lease terms and lease language for internal review.
  3. Intercompany notifications for new, amended and terminated leases.
  4. Maintain other real estate data bases for owned and leased properties.
  5. Maintain all Corporate Services files in Sharepoint including original documents, contracts, agreements, and expense information.
  6. Track, and report on Corporate Service department budgets.

Requirements:

Education, Experience and/or Certifications/Licenses:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

  • MS Office Suite experience, Strong skill set with Excel.
  • Strong technology skills.

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

  • The Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
  • The Senior Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
  • The Lead Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to interpret lease language. 
  • Real estate or property management experience.

 

Working Conditions:


The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
  • Usually, normal office working conditions.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
