Director – Project Integration
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- 12+ years of operational and/or project experience in oil and gas
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- Highly motivated with a consistent drive for growth and development
- Solution oriented mindset and ability to apply Critical Thinking skills
- Organized and able to effectively prioritize tasks
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
- Team player with a willingness to assist outside of own discipline
- Proficiency utilizing Engineering Process Simulation Programs (ProMax, Hysys, etc.)
- Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Process operations experience
- Experience with PSM facilities and PHA/LOPA processes
- Experience with PHMSA (CFR 195) regulations
- Liquid terminal experience including cold NGL storage and dock operations
- Liquid pipeline experience including NGL’s
- Operations, Maintenance or Technical Operations experience in the Midstream industry
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Fluent in Spanish language
Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Extensive travel to foreign countries outside the United States. Could be as high as 50% in a given year.
