Director - Contract Administration
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 8+ years experience in the industry in lieu of a degree
· 8+ years of experience including 7+ years of Industry or Contract Management experience preferred for all applicants
· Strong Word & Excel skills
· Strong computer and research skills
· Strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Supervisor experience preferred
- Knowledge of Synthesis, Entero, FileNet, Agiloft and/or Right Angle Systems would be beneficial
- Ability to take initiative and add value to processes
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with various groups internally and external
- Ability to multi-task
Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
· Usually, normal office working conditions.
· Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
· Occasional overnight travel may be required.
