Director - International Business Development
Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree Required in Sales/Business and comparable experience within those area
- Master's Degree Preferred
- 10-15+ years of experience
- Bi-Lingual English / Spanish
- Excellent management skills, negotiating skills, strong interpersonal skills and deal analysis ability.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large customer accounts and acquisitions.
- Solid understanding of project planning and change management development.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining equitable business relationships with internal and external customers
- Strong understanding of commodity markets and appropriate deal structuring
- Highly developed negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Ability to understand and interpret legal language and implications to deal structure
- Must have the ability to define strategy and implement with high level guidance
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to build strong senior leader relationships
- Demonstrated ability to make tough decisions and be accountable for the results
- Strong Knowledge of Mexican and central American markets
Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- 50-75% normal office working conditions.
- 25-50% overnight travel will be required
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing setting may be required which could cause exposure to hazardous materials such as combustible, flammable, toxic, carcinogenic and other chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery.
