Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor's Degree Required in Sales/Business and comparable experience within those area
  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • 10-15+ years of experience
  • Bi-Lingual English / Spanish
  • Excellent management skills, negotiating skills, strong interpersonal skills and deal analysis ability.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering large customer accounts and acquisitions.
  • Solid understanding of project planning and change management development.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining equitable business relationships with internal and external customers
  • Strong understanding of commodity markets and appropriate deal structuring
  • Highly developed negotiation, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret legal language and implications to deal structure
  • Must have the ability to define strategy and implement with high level guidance
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to build strong senior leader relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to make tough decisions and be accountable for the results
  • Strong Knowledge of Mexican and central American markets

Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

  • 50-75% normal office working conditions.
  • 25-50% overnight travel will be required
  • Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing setting may be required which could cause exposure to hazardous materials such as combustible, flammable, toxic, carcinogenic and other chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery.
