Director - Midstream Support Services
Skills Requirement:
- Midstream operations experience and an understanding of the interworking’s of terminals and the regulatory environment in which they operate
- Project management expertise
- Leadership abilities with a strategic and action-oriented mindset
- Good logic and reasoning skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative approaches to problems.
- Up to date knowledge of the industry
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams at one time.
- Excellent communication skills
Experience Requirement:
· 12+ years of experience in management.
· Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred) or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred.

Work Environment:

· Usually, normal office working conditions.
· Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
· Occasional overnight travel may be required (25-30%).
Routine visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
