Dispatcher - Decatur TX
Qualifications:
- Special Considerations: The department operates 365 days a year. The candidate will work nights, rotational weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or similar focus preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience required
- Oil field dispatch experience preferred but not required
- Basic Microsoft Office skills required; intermediate to advanced experience preferred
- Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work through high-pressure situations, juggle competing priorities, and make decisions that have a significant financial impact within a limited timeframe required
- Must be able to work effectively with a team and independently
- Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines imposed in a dynamic environmen
