HRIS Manager
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- 15 years in HRIS with 10+ years managing PeopleSoft HCM focusing on Payroll, Benefits, and GL preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or senior project delivery role within a large, complex organization.
- Proven track record with multiple HCM implementations (including Workday and international/multilingual rollouts).
- Deep expertise in U.S. payroll, benefits administration, compliance reporting, and cross-functional project management.
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP and relevant PeopleSoft/Workday certifications are highly preferred.
Preferred Background:
- Experience operating within global organizations (10,000+ employees) and managing multi-jurisdiction payroll and benefits.
- Familiarity with scaling systems through M&A, divestitures, or rapid international expansion, along with exposure to integration platforms like ADP, Equifax, Taleo, and FileNet.
Work Environment: This is a 100% onsite position based in the Houston corporate office, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
