I&E Technician
Essential Requirements:
- Have an understanding of national electrical codes
- Arc flash training
- Able to read equipment manuals, specification sheets, P&ID’s, and loop sheets
- Ability to identify the root cause of problems and effectively initiate immediate corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and experience with SAP desired
- Strong planning and organizational skills as well as a strong work ethic, good judgment and decision-making skills
Required Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- Level C requires a minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience
- Level B requires a minimum of 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience
- Level a requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience

- Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Driving, walking, standing frequently
- Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions and some heavy lifting
- Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment
- Occasional overnight travel may be required
Maintenance experience in petroleum or chemical storage facilities, refineries or chemical manufacturing plants with specific proficiencies in maintenance and repair of instrument systems including DCS/PLC/SCADA, gas detection, process analyzers, control valves, pressure/flow measurement, and vibration equipment.
