Requirements:

 

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other appropriate discipline strongly preferred. High school diploma and extensive industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree

  • Minimum of five years of related experience

  • Proven financial and valuation modeling skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced organizational, collaborative, inter-personal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Critical thinker with strong analytical skills

  • Advanced skills in the use of standard software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, and SAP

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five years of experience in a compressor packaging or manufacturing industry 


Working Conditions

 

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

 

  • Work within office, assembly and fabrication shop, and field environments.   

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. 

  • Occasional travel, estimated at 10-15%, may be required. 

  • Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions and some heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.

  • Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
