Lead Specialist - IT SAP S4HANA/ABAP Developer

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 8+ years of hands on experience in SAP ABAP on HANA
- 2+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA
- Experience with Webdynpro, Core Data Services (CDS views), ABAP Objects, Switch Framework, ALE/EDI/IDOCs, Workflows, Web services, SAP Scripts, Smart forms, Adobe Interactive forms
- Experience in the following topics and apply them to bring in value to organizational initiatives: SAP ABAP Development, HANA Technical Concept and Architecture, Data Modeling using HANA Studio, Code Performance Rules and Guidelines for SAP HANA, Native SQL, ABAP Core data Services, ALV on HANA, and HANA Live models consumption.
Enhancement experience in the OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and working on Invoice approval workflows.
- Experience in preparing Technical Design documents from Functional Specs
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Should possess excellent debugging and trouble-shooting skills in ABAP
Functional knowledge in SAP Modules such as FICO, MM, PM, IS-OIL, PRA, EHSM etc.
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
The Senior IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
The Lead IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
The Principal IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of relevant job related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in Midstream Oil & Gas industry is a plus
SAP Certification is a plus

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
