Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 
  • Work with key stakeholders and play a key role in implementing Sunoco loyalty programs
  • Experience leveraging consumer and market insights to drive marketing campaigns and programs
  • Experience with customer loyalty marketing
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns and/or programs
  • Capable of understanding broad marketing strategic concepts, developing short and long term objectives and translating into opportunities
  • Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to present and work with business leads to drive marketing initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum 8 years of marketing and/or program management experience
  • 2 to 3 years of petroleum marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, finance, or a related field
  • Demonstrates self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems and leveraging resources
  • Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal teams
  • Team player - make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas
Working Conditions:
  • Usually, normal office working conditions.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
