Lead Specialist - Loyalty Program (Marketing)

- Work with key stakeholders and play a key role in implementing Sunoco loyalty programs
- Experience leveraging consumer and market insights to drive marketing campaigns and programs
- Experience with customer loyalty marketing
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and/or programs
- Capable of understanding broad marketing strategic concepts, developing short and long term objectives and translating into opportunities
- Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to present and work with business leads to drive marketing initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 8 years of marketing and/or program management experience
- 2 to 3 years of petroleum marketing experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, finance, or a related field
- Demonstrates self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems and leveraging resources
- Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal teams
- Team player - make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas
- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
