The candidate selected for this position will work directly with the Gas Measurement Data Services team to make sure the primary measurement application, supporting applications, as well as all data imported/exported are up-to-date and accurate. Responsibilities of the position will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining working knowledge and understanding of gas measurement processes and industry practices
- Investigate, analyze, and track measurement application issues and related problems. This includes working with the vendor and IT from reporting the issue to deploying a fix in our production system
- Configure and maintain field technician application for all ETC technicians in the field
- Support customers and producers for their data export needs
- Support downstream commercial groups for their measurement data needs
- Prepare special reports and conducts special projects as assigned
- Work closely with the IT Dept. to achieve above requirements and goals
- Maintain professional knowledge and expertise in an environment of rapidly changing technology
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

2-5 years of related work experience in a Gas Measurement industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication, organizational, presentation, and computer skills required

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities

Posses a high energy level, strong sense of urgency and self-motivation

Ability to identify work priorities and function with little supervision

Strong orientation to safety, teamwork, and overall customer satisfaction

Interact with commercial and operations departments to ensure compliance with customer and corporate requirements

Good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of internal & external personnel

Knowledge of MS SQL database, Oracle database, Microsoft SSRS
- Basic knowledge of gas and/or liquid measurement
- Ability to write detailed and thorough requirements documentation, uses cases, status reports, meeting minutes, process diagrams, and related technical documentation

Knowledge of Word, Excel and MS Outlook

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing

Occasional overnight travel may be required

Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment
