- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in compression related assembly or field environment.
- Strong mathematic aptitude with the ability to add and subtract fractions, decimals and whole numbers.
- Ability to read tape measures, rulers, caliper and various leveling devices and machinist tools in increments of .001”
- Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the assembly department.
- Must be familiar with Safety and OSHA requirements.
