Multi-Level Code Welder
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Proven knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Ability to follow instructions, respond to management direction; take responsibility for own actions and keep commitments; completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
Demonstrated ability to balance team and individual responsibilities; exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views.
Certifications & Licenses:
Valid Driver’s License.
Forklift Certification or the ability to obtain one.
Ability to pass weld test meeting ASME requirements.

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
Level C requires 0-2 years of relevant industry experience and/or training. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Level B requires 2-4 years of relevant industry experience and/or training. High school diploma or equivalent.
Level A requires 4+ years of relevant industry experience and/or training, or combination of 2 years of practical work experience and an associate’s degree or completion of technical/ trade school program.
Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
Occasional overnight travel may be requested.
Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
Participation in rotating after hours on-call schedule required.
