Paralegal
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 7+ years of paralegal experience, with at least 3 years in employment law or HR compliance.
Paralegal certificate required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook required.
Prior in-house legal department experience is strongly preferred.
Licensed Notary preferred.
Experience with Legal Tracker or other matter management/e-billing systems strongly preferred.
Familiarity with PACER Case Locator ad electronic court record systems is preferred.
Proficiency with Westlaw or similar research platforms is preferred.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in managing responsibilities.
Client-focused, providing timely responses and communication.
Demonstrates commitment to quality ofworkproduct.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across functions.
Responsive, resourceful, and solutions oriented.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Usually, normal office working conditions.
Lifting up to 25 lbs. occasionally
