Pipeline Specialist

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
· Job duties require solid analytical and problem-solving skills to review data from multiple sources, identify trends and root causes.
· Able to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
· Candidate must be able to work without direct supervision and have excellent organizational skills.
· Possess human relations skills to effectively operate in a work crew-oriented environment with a willingness to support work crew objectives.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable incumbent to work closely with field work crews and Area Management, and coordinate work with other appropriate technical resources.
· Strong computer literacy and proficiency.

Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.
· Must have good driving record
· Natural Gas Plant work is subject to hazardous conditions, including escaping gas, adverse weather conditions, extreme temperatures, heights, high-pressure gas lines, heavy lifting and cramped conditions.
· Employees are required to live within a reasonable distance of their reporting location.
· Position is subject to applicable U. S. Department of Transportation Drug & Alcohol regulations.
· Natural gas gathering and processing is an “around the clock” operation and incumbents are required to be reasonably available to respond to emergency and other operational needs whenever they occur.
· The job will require travel.
