Product Line Manager - Packaged Equipment - SEC
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the application of equipment into the the gas gathering, processing, transmission and storage markets.
- 3+ years of product development and product management experience, sales or business development experience a plus.
- Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex and/or cross-functional problems.
- Able to communicate with President and other senior management to summarize issues, present solutions, and facilitate complex decision-making
- Able to achieve business objectives through influence
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong listening and data analysis skills.
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CADworks, SAP, and other tools as required to size and develop product line
