Requirements:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

  • Minimum 8 years of marketing, CRM, and campaign management
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in program management required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrates self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems and leveraging resources
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate insights out of data
  • Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing marketing campaigns and/or programs
  • Experience leveraging consumer and market insights to drive marketing campaigns and programs
  • Capable of understanding broad marketing strategic concepts, developing short and long term objectives and translating into opportunities
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to present and work with business leads to drive marketing initiatives
  • Experience with Tableau and SQL are preferred
  • Experience with digital deployment of loyalty programs; mobile app-based loyalty experience a plus
  • Familiarity with mobile apps and loyalty marketing

 

 

Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

  • Usually, normal office working conditions.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
