Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years convenience store construction and maintenance with a thorough knowledge of convenience store remodel planning, fuel system upgrades-UST replacements, dispenser replacements, etc.

  • Bachelor's degree in preferred or experience in lieu of degree
  • Strong data analysis and/or process mapping skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong fuel system knowledge related to the c-store industry
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and influencing skills.

  • Proven team management experience
  • Ability to structure, summarize and draw insights from large amounts of data.

  • Vendor management in the pump and tank industry
  • Construction experience on UST removals and installs, dispenser replacements, canopy replacements etc.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel

  • Acute attention to detail.
Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

  • Usually, normal office working conditions.

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.

  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.

  • Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
