Required education or minimum level:
  •  High school education (GED)
  • Technical School
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience required.
Software Knowledge:
  • Microsoft Office, and/or other required software
Skills:.
  • Ability to lead a team of subordinates and increase efficiency, and production quality and volume. Able to apply principles and techniques to accomplish goals.
 
  1. Mental Power:
 
 
 
 
Ability to make decisions that are varied in more complex situations based on policies and procedures.  Ability to make accurate and timely decisions which meet customer’s needs and fall within established policies.
 
Ability to exercise choice in how work is accomplished with independence to operate within established policies, procedures and schedules.  Ability to learn and apply varied solutions to unique situations.
 
  1. Physical Power:
  • Driving, walking, standing frequently arm/wrist/hand movement.  Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Outdoor work required with exposure to elements.
