Requirements:
 

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:


  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ years of related experience.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Federal and State fuel regulations, fuels compliance reporting requirements and analytical test methods.
  • Working knowledge of 40CFR80.
  • Working knowledge of downstream fuels regulatory and quality related issues. Working knowledge of commercial finished fuels quality specifications such as ASTM D4814, D975, D396, D1655 and D1835.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, negotiating, problem solving, teamwork, verbal and written communication skills are required as is the ability to act independently.
  • Ability to communicate requirements to various business units, internal and external customers.
  • Some travel (up to 10%) is required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science.
  • Working knowledge of Quality Management System and Process Quality Assurance procedures.
