Education Requirement:

·         Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field required. 

 ·         Multimedia Environmental services with emphasis in California, Washington or Oregan is highly recommended.

Experience Requirement:

 ·         Minimum 10 years of directly related professional experience, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience required. 

 ·         Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills leading to decision making required. 

 ·         Proven leadership of company peers and supervisor experience is required. 

 ·         Experience in oil & gas (or other similarly complex industry) with focus in pipeline & terminal operations is highly desired.   ·          ·          ·         Multimedia environmental knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting the function locations is required. 

 ·         Knowledge of leadership principles, Water, Air, Safety, and Pipeline regulations required. 

 ·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interactions both internal and external is required. 

 ·         Functional knowledge of Microsoft office required as is the ability to learn and manipulate multiple electronic systems. 

 ·         Must be able to operate autonomously and with a high degree of integrity towards both the Core Values of the organization and                          ethical standards.
