Salesforce Administrator
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- 2+ Years of Salesforce Administration Experience required
- Demonstrated Project Management skills and Effective Communication
- Deep understanding of roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets, and the Salesforce security model
- Knowledgeable in workflow rules, field updates, email alerts, validation rules, process builder, and other Salesforce automation tools
- Experience with APEX triggers, Custom Objects and Change Sets are a plus.
- Strong background with data management tools like data loader and import wizards
- Capable of building complex reports and dashboards
- Proficient in all aspects of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
- Skilled problem solver with the drive to follow issues through to completion
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a close attention to detail
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
- Ability to work in a highly visible, fast-paced environment independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude. Must be comfortable communicating and supporting employees at all levels of the organization.
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
- The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
- The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
- The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience

- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
