Specialist - Customer Service
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience total, two (2) providing written customer service.
- Experience with back-office research activities a plus.
- Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and have a natural inclination towards curiosity.
- Very technologically savvy, capable of using multiple systems at one time.
- Positions will initially be normal business hours, with some possible nights, weekends, or holidays required.
- Ability to analyze complex situations quickly, navigating oftentimes ambiguous circumstances to make quick, well-informed decisions.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to build effective relationships, both internally and cross-functionally, required.
- Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred but not required.
- Candidates with experience in the energy sector preferred, however will consider others with strong customer service experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to operate as part of a dynamic, changing, and fun team.
- Ability to multi-task is a must
