Requirements:  Educational and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements for this position are listed below.

  • - Bachelor's degree or additional equivalent experience plus two years of training experience.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • - Strong presentation skills
  • - Skilled in a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
  • - Must have experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Articulate 360
  • - Proven working experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • - Experience in evaluating and researching training options & alternatives
  • - Ability to design and implement effective training and development
  • - Instructional design experience
  • - SharePoint editing experience preferred
  • - Dependable and self-motivated
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • - Ability to travel
  • - Team player / collaborative

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

  • The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
  • The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
  • The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience

Working Conditions:  The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

1.  Usually, nornal office working conditions.

2. Must be able to remain in a staionary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.

3. Occasional travel may be required.

4. Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings which may include hazardous materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
