Summary:
This position is to monitor, maintain, and resolve LAUF across the WTX/NM systems. Provide technical support to Plant, Operation, and Measurement departments, along with following all Company policy and safety procedures, State, and Federal regulatory requirements and all that pertains.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The essential job duties for this position are listed below:

- Ensure Integrity of measurement data from field origin device is correct.
- Ensure that system balance reports are maintained and correct.
- Utilize different software and field resources to verify field data and applications are correct pertaining to system balances.
- Witness meter performance verifications as performed, by Contractor, In House or 3rd party Companies measurement technicians, as needed.
- Utilize Scada and Flow Cal systems to review, troubleshoot and/or trend abnormal or unexplained events, which impact Measurement Data and LAUF results.
- Understand system gain/loss processes.
- Work with and assist multiple different departments to help resolve LAUF issues.
- Utilize GPS devises and software to verify and build maps.
- Safely operate and haul an ATV in a field gathering system.
- Actively participate in safety program and initiatives.
- Safely operate a UAS in a field gathering system.
- Ensure Integrity of measurement data from field origin device is correct.
Requirements: Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED
- Working knowledge and understanding of Scada System or relevant pipeline field experience.
- Working knowledge and understanding of gas gathering system or relevant pipeline field experience.
- Working knowledge and understanding of gas measurement or relevant pipeline field experience.
- Familiarity with pipeline systems, compressor stations, and gas field operations or relevant pipeline field experience.
- Ability to read and understand gathering system maps, mapping software, pipeline and plant schematics or relevant pipeline field experience.
- PC skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Earth or relevant pipeline field experience.
- Knowledge of applicable EPA, DOT, RRC, OSHA, AGA, API and GPA requirements and procedures or relevant pipeline field experience.
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work affectively alone or in a team environment.

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
- The Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 6+ years of relevant job related experience
- The Senior Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience

- Some college or technical trade school is preferred.
- A current 107 UAS License preferred
- Some college or technical trade school is preferred.
- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Driving, walking, and standing frequently.
- Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions and some heavy lifting.
Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment. - Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
