Qualified candidates possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2 years of experience in gas transmission or related field; or a minimum of ten years experience involving mechanical operations support, equipment analyzing and engine reliability.

Candidate expected to have operation, maintenance, and administrative experience. Effective written & verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative environment. Candidate must be a self-starter, have good organizational skills, and be able to accept constantly changing priorities. 
Should be a good communicator and work planner with excellent work ethics. Willingness to work in an environment where compensation is tied to performance and skill level. 

Candidate must have good computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, Infor EAM, and SAP. Previous experience in conducting group training sessions is a plus.  

The Division Mechanical Specialist is required to live within 45 minutes of the reporting location. Incumbent is subject to call out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and extended work-days and/or work-weeks. Required to carry a cell phone, and is subject to 24-hr/day callouts at any time for emergency response. Ability to travel is required and may be extensive, at times. Candidate must have a proven safe driving record. Paid relocation is negotiable.
